John Tarlton is the founder, principal Broker, and president of Junction Realty, Inc and Junction Property Management. With over twenty years in real estate and property management, John has had experience with almost every facet of the industry. His career spans many aspects of property management, and real estate in general including residential leasing and sales, commercial leasing, construction supervision, commercial management of office buildings/retail strips, apartment management, single family residences, homeowners association management (HOA), and tenant finish work. His is also an approved real estate instructor in the state of Texas.
Cherry Tarlton operates as our Vice-President in charge of Records and Bookkeeping. Her duties start with keeping track of your finances in a way that you can understand. Not everyone "gets" numbers as well as Cherry, so she makes sure the rest of us are up to speed. Her staff has been working with generally acceptable procedures for the last two decades. This group really knows their stuff and they are here for you.
Janet has over 35 years of Customer Service experience consisting of working directly with the customer to training the people that do. She brings this excellent customer service experience to the world of Property Management in a very positive way. Janet believes in building trust and establishing rapport with others through integrity, honesty, and respect. She loves a challenge and will work to resolve an issue until it is complete.
Stanley Thomas, Property Manager With 18+ years in Human Resources Management, Stanley Thomas leveraged his excellent people-skills to transition his career to Property Management and Real Estate. His passion is to help people to achieve success. Stanley excels at building trust, taking time to listen, establishing rapport, and giving effective guidance. For the past two years, he has been managing HOAs, apartments, shopping centers, and office buildings in the DFW metroplex. He is a good speaker, a trainer, and a master of ceremonies.
