John Tarlton, President

John Tarlton is the founder, principal broker, and President of Junction Realty, Inc. and Junction Property Management.   With over thirty years of real estate and property management, John has had experience with almost every facet of the industry.  His career spans many aspects of property management and real estate in general including residential leasing and sales, commercial leasing, construction supervision, commercial management of office buildings/retail strips, apartment management, single family residences, homeowner association management (HOA) and tenant finish work.  He is also an approved real estate instructor in Texas.  John has received designations from the Texas Association of Realtors as a Broker (TCLS and TCLPM), the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CMCA), and the national Community Associations Institute (AMS and PCAM).

Cherry Tarlton, Vice-President

Cherry Tarlton operates as our Vice-President in charge of Records and Bookkeeping.  Her duties start with keeping track of your finances in a way that you can understand.  Not everyone “gets” numbers as well as Cherry, so she makes sure the rest of us are up to speed.  Her staff has been working with generally acceptable procedures for over three decades.  This group really knows their stuff and they are here for you.
